A training on basic online skills (computer, email, word processing, and web skills).

I teach beginning computers as well as introduction to computers, looking to see if this is an appropriate resource for continued study and review by students once the classes have concluded.
I have taken a basic computer class with a lot of hands on training but no working knowledge
of the Internet. I do word processing at home but that is the extent of my computer skills.
I would like to refresh my memory in basic computer use. I have very limited knowledge
and use of the computer. I took a two month course with a great deal of hands on use but
no written material was provided to guide me through the computer use.
